With over 19 years of experience in design, Jose Torres is a seasoned creative professional specializing in web design, graphic design, branding, and video production. As the Founder and Creative Director of Towers Studio, he brings a visionary approach to every project, blending creativity with strategy to develop innovative solutions that elevate brands and engage audiences.
Throughout his career, Jose has successfully led teams of designers, fostering collaboration and pushing creative boundaries to deliver exceptional results. His expertise spans a wide range of creative services, including website design and development, online advertising, company branding, print design, and photography. His ability to translate complex ideas into visually compelling narratives allows clients to effectively communicate their message across multiple platforms.
Passionate about design and committed to excellence, Jose is dedicated to helping businesses achieve their goals through strategic branding and high-impact creative solutions. His specialties include creative management, online branding, advertising strategy, and the development of rich media advertisements.
Outside of work, Jose loves time with his wonderful wife and two sons, finding inspiration in family, creativity, and the ever-evolving world of design.
Lead Graphic & Web Designer
Originally from a small town in Montana, Cailyn is a dedicated Graphic & Web Designer with a passion for crafting visually compelling and strategically effective designs. She thrives on problem-solving and takes a thoughtful approach to creating digital experiences that are both engaging and user-friendly. With a strong eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, she works closely with clients to understand their needs and develop creative solutions that align with their goals.
Cailyn earned her B.F.A. in Graphic Design from Kean University and joined Towers Studio in the fall of 2021. Since then, she has expanded her expertise in design, front-end development, and user experience, continuously refining her skills to stay at the forefront of the industry.
Outside of her professional work, Cailyn enjoys traveling—having visited 12 countries so far—coaching volleyball, and pursuing creative hobbies such as painting, hiking, and photography. When she’s not exploring new places or working on her latest design project, you can find her curled up with a good fantasy book or spending time with her four-legged partner in crime, Loki. Her curiosity and drive for continuous growth extend beyond design, influencing both her professional and personal endeavors.
Marketing & Administrative Assistant
Ashley is a detail-oriented Marketing Assistant with a passion for communication, strategy, and creative problem-solving. A graduate of William Paterson University with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, she brings a fresh perspective and a strong foundation in digital marketing, client relations, and administrative & executive support.
Since 2022, Ashley has played a key role at Towers Studio in managing client communication, tracking open projects, and ensuring seamless website updates. She thrives in fast-paced environments where she can learn, adapt, and help keep everything organized and running smoothly, ensuring a seamless experience for both internal teams and clients.
Outside of work, Ashley loves making the most of life’s little joys. She’s a travel enthusiast, a self-proclaimed foodie, and a beauty lover with an eye for trends. She enjoys spending time with friends, going on walks, and soaking up the sun in the summer. No matter what she’s doing, Ashley brings energy, curiosity, and a genuine enthusiasm for new experiences.
Social Media Assistant
Carmellina is a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Assistant with a passion for crafting compelling digital content and building impactful online communities. With over four years of experience in social media marketing, influencer coordination, and strategic communication, she specializes in elevating brand presence through creative storytelling and data-driven engagement strategies.
A graduate of Montclair State University with a B.S. in Social Media and Public Relations—and double minors in Psychology and Sustainability Sciences—Carmellina brings a unique blend of creativity, insight, and analytical thinking to digital marketing. Since joining Towers Studios, she has played a pivotal role in managing social media campaigns, curating visually engaging content, and driving brand growth across multiple platforms. Her ability to balance creativity with strategy ensures measurable success in every project.
Beyond the digital space, Carmellina is an avid traveler, pop culture enthusiast, and self-proclaimed coffee connoisseur. When she’s not exploring creative trends or writing, you can find her curled up with a good book alongside her cat companion, Olive.
Junior Pawject Manager
Loki joined the Towers Studio team in October 2023 and has quickly proven himself to be an indispensable part of the pack. With a strong work ethic and an even stronger love for treats, Loki excels in key areas such as looking irresistibly adorable, performing tricks on command, and catching up on well-deserved naps while on the clock.
Outside of the office, Loki enjoys long walks with his mom, Cailyn, soaking up the sun in Ashley’s office, and spending quality time with his friends at the dog park. Whether he’s boosting team morale or supervising snack breaks, Loki takes his role as Junior Pawject Manager very seriously—unless it’s nap time, of course.
