We photographed a new three-building retail complex for Rotwein+Blake, part of Russo Development’s mixed-use redevelopment plan to transform the former Merck site into a vibrant, transit-oriented destination.

Situated across from Kean University, the complex brings an edgy, modern vibe that complements both the campus and the surrounding neighborhood. To enhance the presentation, we provided advanced edits for dusk, highlighting the architectural details and atmosphere of the development.
