A design retainer package is perfect for businesses who need design services on a monthly basis, but don’t want the overhead of hiring a full time designer. We become your secrete weapon in your right pocket for whenever you need us.

How it Works:

Not everyone needs a designer on staff full time (or can afford one at this time). But if you need design work a few times a month, it’s worth having someone on stand by, such as us! You will never have to worry again about who you are going to have to get to do that next project.
You get a discounted rate compared to my normal hourly rate.
You get access to a professional designer without the overhead costs of an employee.
A retainer fee is like monthly design fee, paid up front each month
Monthly rate is determined based on the retainer package you choose.

What's Included:

Consultation services
Design of print materials: Business Cards, Banners, Signs, Post Cards
Design of digital materials: social media graphics, blog banners, PPC banners, and other web graphics
Ad design: print and web ads
Social media design: help with media graphics, Facebook, Instagram, header design, and service images
*This does NOT include social media management, posting, etc. You can purchase a social media package for this.

What We Are Skilled in

The Details:

There is a 3-month minimum commitment, at the end we will evaluate the agreement.

Retainer package includes a set number of work hours per month

Unused hours expire at the end of each month.

Payments must be received on the first day of each month

The client and Towers Studio will sign a confidentiality agreement.

Get Started:

1. Contact me.

We’ll set up a 30-minute phone call so I can hear more about your project. We’ll review your business needs, goals and upcoming projects.

2. First payment.

Once the paperwork is completed and the first retainer fee is paid, we will discuss all your projects needed for the month and get to work!

3. Repeat.

We will repeat the process each month for the remainder of the program you selected.

4. Re-evaluate.

At the end of your contract, we will review the program to see if you want to adjust the number of hours reserved each month before signing again.
